A simple Python/Flask app that takes in a picture of a vehicle and identifies the make and model using a vision API called Sighthound. The app would use the make/model and return a summary of the vehicle using the Wikipedia API. I gained experience using cloud technologies as well as using python virtual environments
Created a dop-in replacment front-end for an existing application for the Portland State University Office of Information Technology. The application was used by academic advisors to schedule meetings with students, and the purpose of the project was to recreate the front-end using a modern framework to allow better maintainability while creating little to no changes in the end user experience.
Simple Chat app that allows multilateral communication using websockets. I successfully implement Google OAuth for user authorization.
Simple weather app. This is one of the first front-end projects I worked on. I gained experience with React and using REST APIs.
A group project using agile practices to build a simple FTP client that could execute FTP commands on remote servers. I gained experience working on a team and using pair programming.
